Recovery Conference 2025

Rob Eyers organised back in 2013 the first Adult Recover Conference to celebrate people working in the industry and people that are going through the journey of recovery.  We celebrated their work and success and acknowledged that being in recovery is very hard but people can change their lives.

We heard life stories from people that have achieved so much in the last years and got to where they didn't even think it was ever possible to be. We are ever so proud of everyone that is starting their journey and everyone that has overcome the biggest hurdles already. Some of our staff have been nominated to some of the categories which we are very proud of but we will keep their names anonymous for their own privacy.

We have listened to nominations for categories like "Beginning your journey", "On your journey", "Volunteer of the Year", "Recovery Champion Professional", "Recovery Hero" and an Outstanding Contribution Recovery Award was given for commitment and dedication.

We want to thank everyone that supported us organising this event, to everyone that has attended the event and also thank those that have put themselves forward in a vulnerable situation to learn from their life stories.
